JuiceBox 48 is not available as a plug-in unit as required by UL safety standards to ensure reliable, safe use. **Materials Needed for Hardwire Installation:** * 2 pole, 60A breaker¹ * Junction box to wire into from the JuiceBox.² * #6AWG copper wire with 2 conductors and a ground. If single conductor THHN wire is used, the ground may be #8AWG per NEC 250.122 calculations ¹Recommend against GFI circuit breaker. JuiceBox performs all self-test functions and meets the GFI requirement for UL certification. ²Please, only use the pre-installed hardwire whip on the bottom of the box for hardwire applications. Manufacturer cannot honor the warranty if any other holes are added to the unit. A fusible disconnect may be required within 6' of your JuiceNet device installation. Please consult your local code.
